Elesho Jewelry Returns & Refunds Policy

Time Frame for Review of Designs:
All of our pieces are bespoke and custom
made to your specifications but we understand that there might be need for
adjustments and edits to the design. As a result, we offer you 24 Hours after your
order has been placed to reach out to us at +2348055159909 or send a direct
message to our Instagram account at @eleshojewelry to inform us of any changes you would like to make. The production timeline will begin once you finalize your order.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges: Bearing in mind that all of the pieces available  at EleshoJewelry are one of a kind and made to order, we take our time to provide a highly detailed description of our custom made pieces to inform you of what you can expect to receive. As a result, we are unable to accept returns, requests for refunds or exchanges on any of our pieces. We will not take requests for edits to the design after our review time frame has been exceeded (refer above to Time Frame for Review of Designs).

Damages and Shipping Errors: Once your item is delivered kindly take note of
whether you have received the correct item. Also make sure to check your items as soon as they arrive. If you discover any defects, damages, or if the wrong item has been sent, contact us immediately at +2348055159909 or customercare[at]eleshojewelry[dot]com to speak with one of our representatives, we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Reproductions: In the rare case that there are errors or mistakes made on our part that cause the final piece to deviate from the original design, we can offer to
remake the piece at no extra cost to you. Please reach out to us at at
+2348055159909 or customercare@eleshojewelry.com with proof of the
discrepancy as well as the original order so that one of our representatives might
assess your eligibility for a remake.

Responsibility for Return Shipping: If you are returning an item to be remade
you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Returns must be
pre-approved; unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
