Booking Policy:
1. Appointment Scheduling: To ensure personalized attention and the highest quality of service, all consultations for custom-made jewelry are by appointment only. Each appointment is allocated a maximum of 1 hour.
2. Reservation Confirmation: Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or via e-mail.
3. Design Inspiration: For Owambe Jewelry consults, please bring along a sample of your fabric or color codes to be used for your desired jewelry. For all other consults, if you have an idea of what you want already, please bring along sample images or sketches. This allows us give you a much better consult experience and serve you better overall.
Cancellation Policy:
Please understand that when you forget to cancel/reschedule your appointment without enough prior notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive service. Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members’ efficient and better prepared for each appointment.
1. Notice Period:If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure we can offer you the best possible service. Please note you will have to book a new appointment after a cancellation.
2. Late Cancellations and Rescheduling:** Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file. This fee will be applied towards your custom jewelry purchase if you reschedule.
No-Show Policy:
1. **No-Show Fees:** If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide any prior notice, a $100 no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file. This fee will also be credited towards your custom jewelry purchase if you reschedule.
2. **Repeated No-Shows:** Multiple no-shows may result in a requirement for a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.
